Option for rich-text email notifications

Post by cornbread » Wed Aug 07, 2013 6:24 am

Being aware that plain-text emails are generally safer and the best default method of delivering messages, could Traq be coded to allow streamlined rich-text email notifications? By streamlined I mean only allowing certain markdown tags to be converted over (bold, italic, underline, and link).

This would not be the default setting, but admins could enable it as a default (which could be overwritten by user's own prefs).

Thanks for your time and efforts.

This is something I want to do with the new notification system.

Though, this will probably be done in Traq 4.
