WYSIWYG Editors

I was just reading this thread and it got me thinking about a possible implementation of this UIKit HTML Editor. I know you've been using bootstrap with Traq 4.0 but some UIKit elements would be very nice to have.

The HTML editor does look pretty good, and is what I plan to have the current markdown "editor" in Traq be like.

Though, I don't know about including the UIKit HTML Editor though. I'd prefer not to mix Bootstrap and UIKit. However once I get around to updating the current editor, it will be very similar to the UIKit editor.

I mentioned in the old topic, I plan to split the editor into its own plugin, that way it can be easily disabled and another one used. Perhaps a plugin for the UIKit editor can be created.
