Traq 2.x uses the mail() function.

how do i disable email notifications at all?
now i've made invalid email on my account to prevent flooding my inbox, and i'd like to disable email notifications for all users.

There's currently no way to completely disable notifications.

If you want you could go through and remove the links in the templates then clear the subscriptions table in the database.

I've gone ahead and added an option to the config file in version 2.3.2 to disable notifications.

Traq 2.3.2 will be available in a few days.
