Hello i've set up 2.2 today and intent to use it for a popular wordpress plugins development. Seems to work fine so far but i couldn't really find an answer. So here goes;

1. What are ticket templates. How do i use them? Why would i use them?

2. Can i turn off the wiki entirely? I don't intent to use it as it seems way way way too limited/raw. Plus it doesn't fit the purpose of my traq setup i think.

Ticket templates let you set predefined text into the ticket body when your creating a ticket.

For example, you're creating a feature request ticket, when you select the feature request option for ticket type, it loads in the template you have setup that can consist of anything you want, such as questions about the feature.

As for the wiki, it can't be turned off, but you can remove the link from the template if you like.

As for the wiki, I'll look at editing the template.
