Ticket information missing after comment

Dear Jack,

I noticed a problem when updating a ticket. I've a user that is only authorised to "Comment on tickets". When this is done and he gives an update; the ticket information is lost. Is this a known bug?

Running Traq on Mac (Mini with Snow Leopard Server)
