Thank you for update, but does changing descending/ascending sorting is working in a tickets list???
It doesn't change. =(
Looks like it doesn work with lowcase "asc" and "desc", but if I manualy change GET parameter in url to ASC or DESC - it is working good.

The solution is to change code in file traq-v2.3\upload\system\common.php line 329 from
return '?'.($_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'] != '' ? $_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'].'&' : '').'sort='.$field.'&order='.(@$_REQUEST['order'] == 'desc' ? 'asc' : 'desc');
to
return '?'.($_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'] != '' ? $_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'].'&' : '').'sort='.$field.'&order='.(@$_REQUEST['order'] == 'DESC' ? 'ASC' : 'DESC');

I've tested this and can't seem to reproduce your issue.

Same issue exist in 2.3.7 too. With the same solution, I changed to capital of 'desc' and 'asc' in common.php line 356 and it seems to be OK.
