I moved my traq installation to a new subdomain, I can reach the front page, but any other pages returns a 404.

Easy I thought! Well not exactly, because I can't find any reference to the old domain anywhere, not even a rewrite or in config.php

So how can I fix this?

EDIT: So it turns out I lost the .htaccess during the move.
Maybe add a check for it before trying to rewrite, just in case?

I somewhat disagree. Yes it's pointless to check every file, this is not every file though... What happens if you chose to use seo urls but it can't generate the htaccess file? Should at least have some sort of error message about it.

At the very least there should be some sort of documentation, I couldn't find any, or maybe I was just not looking in the right place.
