So I created a BBCode plugin, it parses bbcode in ticket description and comments and adds a nice editor.

Attached File  ticket.png   12.98KB   105 downloads

Attached File  addticket.png   5.87KB   81 downloads

Instalation is fairly simple, just download the zip file, upload the plugins folder in it to the root of traq and then install the plugin from it's xml file.

Attached File  bbcode-0.0.1.zip   62.12KB   53 downloads

If you don't want the editor you can delete "plugdir" and "JS inclusion" hooks and voila ;)

All that work on the plugin system has played off. Great work!.

I will have to add a feature to disable hooks so people don't need to delete them to disable parts of the plugin.

It sure did, it's a nice system there might be some hiccups but it's still in development so no problem ;)

For my next plugin i wanted to create a lightbox for attached images but then I saw that attachments are not working yet :D

Maybe I'll create WikiSyntax plugin next ;)

What version of Traq are you using? Cause it needs the newest svn trunk to work, not Alpha 1.

Version 0.0.3 is just an update to use the new hooks names, so it will work for version >= Traq2 Alpha 2 (revision 296).

Attached File  bbcode-0.0.3.zip   62.14KB   29 downloads

Just thought I'd let you know that I've installed this plugin on the official Traq site.

On my traq installation it does, what tags are you using? Cause there's no quote or code tags, which I think I have to change ;)

Quote and Code tags would be a nice addition.
And perhaps php code tags

I'm using the [url] tags. you can have a look here:
http://traq.rainbird...traq/ticket-159

the 3rd update from the bottom, the urls doesn't get parsed

It's because "#" is not a valid URL.

Isn't the bbcode supposed to parse everything with the correct tags? Or does it actually check for a valid url?

My plugin checks for a valid URL using regular expressions :)

When processing URLs not wrapped in [url] tags, they are transformed into http://www.http.site.com/path instead of http://site.com/path

I fixed this by changing the result to "http://www.$3$4"

I use 0.0.3 on the Alpha2 traq and the editor doesn't show for me.

Not sure what's wrong.

The only other plugin is the lightbox one, all hooks seem to be in place.
