If you have any ideas for a plugin, or require a specific plugin, post the details here, and I'll see if I can create a plugin for your request.
(Only requests for traq 2.0 please, as 0.6.1 is becoming redundant)

A plugin for managing the properties fields would be great. I don't need the "version" field for example and it would be great if you can delete the field via ACP.

It's not possible to remove any of the fields that Traq offers, plugins allow you only to add new fields.

It's now possible to remove properties from the ticket info area.

Simply create a plugin that hooks into the ticket handler and use:

unset($ticket_properties['version']);

I have a new idea:

A plugin that enhances the ticket page would be nice.
Showing the tickets in categories like you know from Mantis.
For example:
New, Unassigned, Recently replied, etc.

This would make it much easier to view the ticket page. :-)

Instead of a plugin, I think this would be better achieved with a custom template.

Well I don't know but it would make it easier to manage the tickets, 'cause at the moment you don't have a real overview.

Since my server doesn't have a mail server running because I can never get one working, I would like a SMTP mail plugin, preferably for use with GMail.

a plugin to use an actual directory on the server as a "repository" (This is CRUCIAL for me, I can't set up a SVN server to save my life)

And, lastly, not really a plugin, but I would like to see (don't know about the possibility) to use a user server for logins, such as activedirectory.

Hi,

some plugins/features ideas for those who have the time :)

* allow attachements to be stored on a filesystem (and not in a binary field of a mysql db)
* allow attachements to be linked to a wiki page (not only a ticket)
* do a versionning of a wiki page
* allow a wiki page to be editable directly within the front site (and not only in the AdminCP)
* support of the trac wiki syntax (an example of trac parser : http://wikirenderer....de/en/index.php )
* each commit of a repository linked to a project adds a row in the timeline of the project

These are actually the differences i've found between trac and traq :) and I'm switching from trac to traq !

Maybe some of theses features will be integrated in v3.0 ? What do you think of these ?

And by the way i'm still working on the french translation, see u soon !

This has been built into Traq 2.2
